These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of readinglist.pro.
readinglist.pro allows users to create reading collections, add notes, ratings, and dates, and organize books into collections. Collections can be set to private, shared via a unique link that users can distribute, or made public to be discoverable by others and indexed by search engines. Users have full control over the visibility and sharing settings of their reading lists and collections. In addition, users can add custom books (with a title and authors) to their collections.
Users must comply with applicable laws, especially when adding public notes, Instagram handles, and custom book entries. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any provided Instagram handle or custom book content does not infringe upon third-party rights or violate any laws. Spam-like sharing of collections is strictly prohibited.
Accounts are created with an email address and name and optionally with and an Instagram handle. Only one account per email address is allowed, but users may register multiple accounts using different emails.
readinglist.pro reserves the right to delete content or suspend accounts in case of violations of these terms.
readinglist.pro does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. No liability is assumed for the accessibility of shared collections.
readinglist.pro contains affiliate links to online shops. Purchases made through these links may generate commissions for readinglist.pro or, in selected cases, for users who add their own affiliate codes.
readinglist.pro may update these Terms. Users will be notified via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
